Concrete sleepers are precast concrete elements used as components in railway tracks and other applications, including retaining walls.he production process begins with a concrete batching plant that mixes the required aggregates, cement, water, and additives to create high-quality concrete.Specialized moulds are used to shape the concrete into sleeper units. These moulds are designed to produce concrete sleepers with the desired dimensions and features for retaining walls.Steel reinforcement, such as rebar, is placed within the moulds to reinforce the concrete sleepers. The reinforcement adds strength and durability to the sleepers.The concrete mixture is poured into the moulds, covering the reinforcement. The pouring process can be automated, ensuring consistent quality and precision.Vibrators are used to eliminate air bubbles and ensure proper compaction of the concrete within the moulds.
